Natale Laface graduated in 2013 with a Master's Degree in the General Management Programme (GMP) which is an integral part of the Executive MBA at the ESCP Business School in Paris.
He has more than 26 years' experience as an asset manager on various management committees, starting his career in 1999 at Deutsche Bank and then at Barclays in Italy, then in 2014 he moved onto work at the largest Independent Asset Manager in Italy, Azimut Capital Management, holding the position of Institutional Client Manager with a specific focus on Institutional Clients and UHNWIs, he then held the position of Head of Institutional Clients at NECKER FINANCE (Suisse) in Geneva.
In 2025, he joined the Rotvogel LLC, a Qatari Firm dedicated to large UHNWis, Institutional Clients and Family Offices, where he is the CEO.
